I recently used Vantage movers used for my move from Massachusetts to Colorado, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Several expensive items went missing during the delivery, and I discovered that a few of my glass items were broken upon unpacking.While moving can be a challenging process, I expected a professional moving company to handle my belongings with more care and accountability. Unfortunately, the lack of proper handling and communication left me frustrated.I’ve reached out to the company regarding the missing items and damages, but so far, there has been no reply from the vantage movers or the drivers. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service to avoid such experiences for future customers.I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I’ve worked with Brent on many projects throughout the years and he always exudes perfection, professionalism and quality!! He is extremely personable, friendly and a man of his word! Called to get a quote and was told $1700 for a starting price.....only asked where I was moving to and from which was from Walkertown to Walnut Cove and didn't even get a chance to tell him anything else.

The review is for Vantage Moving Solutions in Idaho (which is good) NOT for Vantage Movers in Boca Raton, FL (which is terrible). We interacted with Brent from VMS. He was very helpful, responsive, and gave us a great deal of confidence in this company. We ultimately had to go in a different direction due to some logistical issues with moving an elderly relative, but if not for that, we definitely would have gone with VMS. We also interacted with the Vantage Movers in FL, and based on that bad experience, I'm pretty sure all the bad reviews here are for that company.

Was told a date for my move and time. Was told the time slot was 9am-11am. Comes 11am we get a call saying they won’t be there until 1pm-3pm. Annoying but fine, there was told it would be closer to 3pm. 3pm comes and we were told now they won’t be there till 6pm… the move is from Boston to Charlotte and the movers were coming from NJ and they haven’t even left yet. 6pm comes and then we get a call the driver won’t be here for another 45 min with no discounts included or anything to compensate us sitting all day in a boxed apartment and we have hotel reservations since we are driving down. Terrible process and this move was booked 2 months in advance.

We had the best experience with the best people! They were extremely kind & helpful with moving our things & ensuring their safety. I HATE moving, but they made it seamless & easy. I wanted to cry from the stress of it all, but they reassured me the entire time they were there to make our lives easier 🥹😭 we are so thankful for T & Mikey. These guys were absolutely Amazing!! Sold my house after 22 years and last minute I realized I needed help. Their team showed up, stayed with me all day/night until everything was loaded (midnight) Then met me later and they re-organized my storage and unloaded everything.Above and beyond in all areas!! I would recommend these guys any time. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I chose Vantage based on their reviews, but boy was I wrong about them. I thought by hiring a moving company I could be hands off and just direct them, but again, I was way wrong. To move a four bedroom, one story house, I was quoted about 4 - 5 hour price, for moving ONLY, not even packing, which seemed reasonable. It took them 12 hours, and that even included me having to help because they were so slow. My wife and I also loaded our own vehicles and took trips back and forth to lessen the load, but still it took them forever. Our boxes were in the garage and all furniture disassembled to make it easier. They even told us a few times how well organized everything was, and how it would make it faster for them. It was only two trips, which were 9 minutes each way too, so it's not like a lot of that was travel time, they just moved and loaded so slow. The guy working on the straps and stacking probably wasted a good couple hours on just getting straps across everything. I'm normally a pretty safe person with that, as I don't want anything to break, but it was definitely overkill. The other woman complained a couple times about her asthma, and would have to stop for a bit to catch her breath. When I scheduled my appointment they assured me two people was enough, and I even called a couple more times saying that we could possibly need three to help speed it up, and they told me if the crew got there and they needed someone else, they could call the shop for more help. They did not make that call, but eventually after 10 hours of working, the owner finally showed up to help them, which sped up the process significantly. I don't know if it's just because a third person joined, or if they started working faster since the owner was there. When I asked the owner about them asking for a third person, his story completely changed, and he said they were fully booked for the day and had scheduled each job appropriately. They also broke the door trim on my new house while moving stuff in, and told me they'd get it fixed and be in contact soon. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard back. I would have been better off getting my own truck and hiring two random college students to help, than hiring Vantage. Either Vantage is scamming people by working so slowly you have to pay way more, or they hire incompetent movers. Either way, I recommend going somewhere else.

This crew is professional, hardworking, trustworthy movers. Last minute moving for new floors on a Sunday night. Cannot tell how grateful we are to get so lucky to get these guys. They have a system that flows. Have them saved in my phone to use again and refer to anyone that needs them. Hands down🔥

This company and the employees are the greatest! They are professionals, polite and handled my possessions with care! I would encourage anyone to call this company before anyone else! They even came back at our request and hauled away the stuff we didn’t want!! They have done a wonderful job, even finding faster and easier ways to get my things out of the house and in their truck. I want to also say that when I unpacked it was obvious the move was successful….not one single thing was damaged!!! Brent was totally honest with any questions I threw at him. Since this was the first time we used a moving company (we’re old and have disabilities), I was skeptical but by the time I had finished talking to Brent I was feeling reassured!I recommend this company to everyone! They even worked in the snow to get this done! This is a one in a million company that you’ll be glad you called!Thanks Brent and your whole crew!!
